A whole lot of photos have piled up—from before my trip to Japan, and since I’ve been back, quite a few more gigabytes have already landed on my hard drive. I’m spending more time outdoors than in front of the computer—and summer is only just beginning! Good for me; bad for anything digital. 😉 I’m slowly working my way through them now—very slowly, actually, since a nasty bug has really knocked me out these past few days.
And now, here is a greylag goose coming in for a landing at the Fechenheim bend of the Main River. It’s always an amusing moment when they land—just as their webbed feet touch the water, they end up water-skiing for the next few meters. *Hears James Bond theme music and smiles.*
